join audio, leave audio greyed out: sound setup sounds and appears good. I’m in a room with 30+ people but no one is listed in the room with me. What have I done wrong?

My friend cant join/leave audio, both buttons greyed out and nothing seems to be wrong.

Usually this means that ports are being blocked by a router or firewall setting. Voon requires ports 5060, 5062, and 3478 open for successful voice. Easy way to check is if voice works if you bypass the router/firewall.
