Voon Help: How do I create an Event?

One of the greatest features available in Voon is the Events. Whether it’s a major promotion including professional speakers, or a server gathering in your favorite MMO, an Event is a great way to bring people together who share common interests.
The steps in creating an Event are simple (make sure you have either created a Room or are the moderator of one prior to attempting creation of an Event):
- Click on the Events tab
- Click on “Manage”
- Click “Create an Event”
You will then see a new popup window appear, which will have additional information for you to complete. The following are items that are required or highly recommended:
- Event Name
- Room
- Description
- Start Date/Time
- Duration
Once you have completed this information, click on “Create” and your Event will now be available on the Events listing in Voon!
If you wish to have your Event featured, send an email to events@vivox.com with the details of your Event. Our staff will review it to determine if it falls within the guidelines for having an Event featured.
