Voon Help: How do I create a Room?

I’d like to invite friends together or hold an Event. How can I create a room for this?
One of the greatest things about Voon is that you can create rooms for gatherings of all types, whether they be Events, group chats, or just for friends to hang out in together. Your rooms will always be available, so even if you’re unavailable others can still use it.
To create your room, simply:
- Click on “Rooms”
- Click “Manage”
- Select “Create a Room”
A new window will appear with information needed in order to create your room:
- Name
- Description
- Message of the Day
- Set Password check box
- Password
- Re-enter Password
The only required field is the Name of your room. The rest can be set if and when you choose to do so, even after you create the room!
Once you are done entering the details for your room, click “Create” and your room will now appear on your Rooms list, and will be available in the drop-down menu when creating Events.

Once you’ve bookmarked a room, how do you remove it from your room list?

Bookmarked? Or created? Once a room is created, at this time you are unable to delete it. If you’ve bookmarked it, just right click on it on your Rooms tab and select “Remove”

Why has the name of my created room changed from the name I set it as to vxp.vivox.com ??
If anyone tries to search for my room they must search it as vxp.vivox.com

First, my apologies for the delay in responding to you.
With your issue, this is a known bug. The best suggestion would be to recreate the room with the name you desire.
