Voon Help: I want to hear voices!! How do I join audio?

I want to sing in channels and chat with my friends over audio. How do I do this?
Now see, singing in channels is fabulous! Be sure to record some for us!!
Anyway, joining audio in any room is so very easy. Whenever you’re in a room, simply click on the “Join Audio” button at the top of the text window. And when you’re ready for some quiet time, click the “Leave Audio” button. This holds true whether you’re in a person-to-person call or a full room with others in audio.
If you’re having any difficulties with your audio, be sure to check your Audio Settings.

Why would the ‘join audio/leave audio’ buttons be greyed out? Why would none of the thirty persons in the room not be listed present with me?

Indeed. What is this???? Ive had the same trouble tonight, after having voon already installed and working famously for months.
Now join/leave audio is greyed out, and all i can see is how many users are in the room, not actually WHO those users are…. ?
Anyone?
