Voon Help: I’ve forgotten my account details. What can I do?

So I didn’t write it down somewhere, and now I can’t log in.  Help!

We all need to retrieve our usernames or reset our passwords from time to time, so don’t worry!  We’ve made it very simple for you! Regardless of whether you’ve forgotten your username or password, simply follow these few simple steps:

• From your Voon sign-in window, click the link that reads “Forgotten Account Details”

• This will take you to our website, where you input your username and email address to verify your account details
  1. Forgotten Username:
     • Enter your email address, and you will be sent a list of all usernames attached to that address

     • If you do not recall the passwords to those usernames, you can then proceed with resetting your password by returning to the “Forgotten Account Details” link in Voon
  2. Forgotten Password:
     • Upon entering the proper information, an email will be sent to you with a link back to the website

     • Enter your new password, then re-enter it, and you’re all set!

  Please note that the link you receive in the email is only valid for 48 hours. So if you need to retrieve any portion of your account details, do so when you know you’ll be able to access your email within that time frame and act upon it.
