In a big chat room with lots of diffrent users and tons of diffrent setup of computers / soundcards the sounds out put  can be very load from some and very low for some so maybe have a option to make a limte to cut if a user gets to high, since its very annyoing to turn upp vol to hear some ppl then there is 1 very load so you have to turn down again and back up and down again , you get the picture .) if not il try and rephrease it

in a big or small room,we can say something we don't want to let others know..for in the chat room,all don't know who is ..so it is a good way for us to give vent to..come on..
